EP industrial Psychological Services (Pvt) Ltd., trades as EPZ GLOBAL, was incorporated in Zimbabwe in 2005 with the aim of assisting organisations to select and develop the right talent in the right environment. Our career centre helps organizations reach out to its employees beyond the work setting. Organized in groups we offer career solutions to your employees’ children, which is a social responsibility, and morale strategy that an organization can take. We give advice to children as young as 9 years up to University level to take the rightful career paths. It is important for students and graduates to discover their careers early in life so that they are focused on what they want to do. We use career and occupational assessment and coaching tools to help people to discover their talents and careers.
